For handling anchored vessels, delivery of crew members, agents, port authorities, sanitary inspectors and surveyors on and off board the company uses passenger boats and boats of general purpose. Floating dock structure equipped with gangway-ladder and guard railing is mounted to provide safe embarkation and disembarkation alongside berth № 12 of Murmansk Sea Commercial Port. Moreover to provide safety of passengers the berth is equipped with floodlights to be used while dark.
